No. MusicPal is iOS-only because it relies on the official iOS MusicKit framework to write to your Apple Music library, which is not available on Android.

How accurate is the migration?

MusicPal calculates a visible score from title and artist similarity and compares it with an adjustable minimum match score. Low-score songs can be skipped, reviewed in the import log and retried. Songs unavailable or unlicensed in the user’s Apple Music region cannot be imported.
